DMCA Takedown Procedure
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent of a copyright owner and you believe that content on aryxguide.site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following.
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered in a single notice, a representative list is acceptable.
Identification of the material on aryxguide.site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it. A URL to the specific page is the most helpful way to do this.
Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Send your completed notice through the contact form on this site. We will review all valid notices and respond promptly. If the claim is valid, we will remove or disable access to the content in question.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that content you submitted or content related to you was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include the following.
Your physical or electronic signature. Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which ARYX Guide may be found.
We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days after receiving the counter-notice, the removed content may be restored.
Repeat Infringer Policy
ARYX Guide will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate accounts or block access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
